Update to my original review, sales team was great but beware if you need to return something. I returned the phone I purchased a week later because of having zero signal in my area. That is when the problems started. I had received a Signal Booster from them at the same time and returned it to the store along with the phone. A week after I returned it I got a letter stating that the booster needed returned and I would be charged a fee if it wasn't. I called customer service on July 3rd and they verified with the store that it was there and I would not get charged. Apparently the store still never sent it back because I got charged $267 today for a non-returned booster. I had to spend more of my time calling into customer service today getting it removed. Additionally I got charged for monthly service in mid-July that I had to call to get removed.
