  Was looking for a bed loft and my husband decided on Room Doctor because of the price and promise of speed of service. They said the loft would be done in about three weeks which was perfect for what we needed the loft for, my kids. We already had the mattress for the kids bedroom. What really happened was the name on the order was wrong and they had the wrong email address. We had that corrected. A month after the order and they still did not have the order started. No communication to let us know that the order was going to take longer. Called again the email address was still incorrect so no one contacted us by phone to let us know it was still being delayed. Was told they were in the middle of a move but the loft was packed and ready to ship. We were going to be emailed all the shipping information. Week after that i called again during the week they were suppose to ship. At first was told they were waiting on the wood. Wth. Then she had to look in another system to see if it had shipped as i was told they would. The shipping was actually the easiest part once we got the information. When we put the loft together we could not out the secind safety rail on because it will not slide down into the slat. It also has a broken support piece on same rail so trying to rubber mallet the piece o. Wouls break it more. Most of the loft is beautiful but does not outweigh the ridiculousness of just getting the loft.
