- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆October 13, 2019, by L.J FitzpatrickSeriously understaffed and slow service. Old pharmacies would take me 5-10 minutes to have a prescription refilled. This place takes 30 minutes or more sometimes and is incredibly rude and snarky to customers. Breaking point came when they messed up my prescription and didn't pay much attention to my insurance change, charging me 10x my usual rate alongside the aforementioned rudeness and snark. Alongside this they are always at risk of being out of certain medications which can be extremely inconvenient.

Sandra, at the Hills Plaza Rite Aid was able to help me with reimbursment. This is only a fraction of the help provided me by both the pharmacy & store. I feel that they know me & care about me personally.
