The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the confusion among several associates (sales people) over how to manage my "exchange" for a damaged laptop. In the end, they even found an additional $24 compensation. I got a much nicer, Geek Squad insured, system because of the astute, knowledgeable, and highly likable sales clerk.
